CORI DIAZ

is a queer Latina theatermaker based in New York, NY. She has had her plays workshopped with SheNYC Arts, LaGuardia Performing Arts Center, The Tank’s LimeFest and Darkfest, RE/VENUE, The Workshop Theater, Ensemble Studio Theatre LA, Abingdon Theatre Company, The Bechdel Group, Playwrights on Park, Concord Theatricals’ Off-Off Broadway Festival, and was a finalist for the Civilians' R&D Group, the LAMBDA Literary Writers Retreat, and the Stanley Drama Award. She is a member of PlayPenn Playwrights Cohort, a recent member of Life Jacket Theatre’s Writer’s Room, and a 2025-2026 recipient of the EST/Sloan commission.
